Inspections are required for all issued permits. The permit holder is responsible for contacting the city to schedule an inspection. All work shall remain accessible and exposed for inspection purposes until approved by the inspector.
When you are calling to schedule an inspection (940) 668-4799 please provide the address and type of inspection needed. All inspections requested before 4:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. The city does not schedule same day inspections.
Do not request inspections until work is ready to be inspected. An inspection will be failed if the inspector arrives for a requested inspection and the work is not ready. If an inspection is requested, and no one is at the site to meet the inspector, the inspection will fail and re-inspection fees will be assessed
