"Temporary Food Establishment": a food establishment that operates a period of no more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
*Any food items served without approval may result in the temporary food establishment being suspended.
Applications and related documents can be mailed or brought to the Community Development Office, 104 W. Hird Street Gainesville, TX 76240 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or emailed to cs@cogtx.org.
