Vendor Overview
The Gainesville Farmers Market is a producer-only market, meaning vendors sell items they have grown, raised, or created themselves.
Approved products include:
- Fresh farm produce
- Eggs
- Plants
- Homemade goods
- Prepared food
- Food Trucks
* Reselling pre-purchased items or distributor products is not allowed *
More Than Just a Market
Selling at the Gainesville Farmers Market allows vendors to:
- Connect directly with local customers
- Grow their small business
- Be part of a community gathering place
- Participate in seasonal events and downtown activities
We welcome both new and returning vendors.
Vendor Fees
Vendor spaces are available as annual or one-day permits.
Current fees (subject to change according to the City of Gainesville Fee Schedule):
- Annual Pavilion Vendor Space: $150 per year
- Food Truck Space: leased through a competitive bidding process (minimum bid $400). Includes water, electricity, and trash service.
- One-Day Vendor Permit: $25
