The City of Gainesville Civic Center is a mulit-purpose facility. The center features two meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a large recreation room that is perfect for family reunions, weddings and receptions, banquets, company parties, company meetings, seminars, arts and crafts shows, bridal and baby showers, dances, quinceaneras, trade shows, and anniversary parties.

The Civic Center staff is provided and available to open and close the facility and to set up tables and chairs. There are complete audio and visual services available and staff are in attendance at all activities and events. The Center is a smoke free facility. Alcoholic beverages are allowed with special permission. There is a downpayment required to secure the date.

The Gainesville Civic Center is conveniently located at the corner of Medal of Honor Boulevard and South Weaver Street. It is adjacent to the Gainesville R.V. Park and next door to the Quality Inn.
