Leah Gore, PHR Human Resources Director Leah Gore has worked for the City of Gainesville since May 1999, and has been the Human Resources Director since June 2004. Leah is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University and a current member of TMHRA, SHRM, IPMA-HR and Soroptimist International of Gainesville.
