New Residents Requesting Water Service
Residents must come to the Customer Service Department located at 200 S. Rusk in order to set up new water services. The person wanting the service in his / her name must be present to sign the application. The Account Initiation fee is $68.90, which is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a $125.00 deposit. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and must show a picture I.D. We require one day's notice for connection of water service.

New Business / Commercial Water Service
People wanting service for their business must obtain a certificate of occupancy from the permit office before obtaining water service. The account initiation fee of $42.40 is required plus a deposit based on the meter size located at the site. We require one day's notice for connection of water service.
