Payments may be made in person at the customer service desk located in City Hall, 200 S. Rusk, Gainesville, TX.

Drive Through
The drive-through is located at 200 S. Rusk on the east side of the building. We have a pneumatic tube that sends us your payments (exactly the same as a bank) open Monday thrugh Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Night Drop
A large green night drop box is located just past the penumatic tube. Payments can be dropped into this box anytime day or night. Any payments made after 8:00 a.m. will not be posted until the next business day. Payments are retrieved from the drop box every day no later than 8:15 a.m.

Automatic Bank Draft
Please come into the office and fill out the appropriate form during normal business hours. A voided check is also needed to be attached to the bank draft form.

Credit Card
Credit card payments may be made in person or by phone. (940) 668-4500. Visa and Master Card are accepted.
