The Code and Appeals Board considers the rulings and decisions of the Building Official in his interpretation of or arising under the Building Code, Plumbing Code, Housing Code, Swimming Pool Code, Electrical Code, Substandard Structure Code, and Fire Prevention Code.

Number of Members: 5 members and 2 alternate members which consist of 3 appointed (and designated) members from the building trades (construction, electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing; 2 members from the public at large; 2 alternate members, one from the public at large and one from construction trades

Appointment Terms: 2 year
