The Gainesville Fire Marshal’s Office is a Division of Gainesville Fire-Rescue and is responsible for the administering Fire Safety Inspections, Fire Protection System Plan Reviews, Fire Code Enforcement, Juvenile Fire Setter Prevention and Intervention Program, and 9-1-1 addressing.
