Building Permits

A building permit is required for all residential and commercial new construction, additions, and remodels.  All accessory structures, including, but not limited to:  storage building, shed, fence, gazebo, storm shelter, and patio must also have a building permit. New roofs and repairs over 25% of the total roof must also obtain a permit.

To apply for any permit, you may access the city's online permitting at:

You will have to create an account and then apply. You may also make payments, request an inspection and view permits and inspections on this website.
